“The 1.16-ounce Black Hornet drone, developed by Prox Dynamics of Norway and later acquired by US-based FLIR Systems, is designed for local surveillance missions over the modern battlefield. The tiny drone has high-tech sensors that allow it to operate in day or night and has a flight time of approximately 25 minutes. Here’s a FLIR Systems promotional video of the Black Hornet:

According to Breaking Defense, the Army is procuring 9,000 systems over the next three years.

According to the service, each Black Hornet kit includes “the ground control system, which is composed of a base station with hand controller and display unit, and two air Vehicles (one day and one night). The display acts as the main hub for Soldiers to interact with the system, while the air vehicles are small, highly maneuverable airborne sensors with low visual and audio signatures that support pre-planned and on-the-fly reconnaissance missions.”

Kentucky: Vultures are Eating Animals Alive

Several readers sent this: Black vultures are roosting in Kentucky and eating animals alive.  A pericope:

“They’ll devour slimy newborn calves, full-grown ewes and lambs alive by pecking them to death.

First the eyes, then the tongue, then every last shred of flesh.

And there isn’t much defense against black vultures and turkey vultures, both of which are federally protected and cannot be killed without a permit.

The Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 covers all migratory birds, their nests and their eggs, which means that the birds can’t be harmed without federal permission. Their nests can only be disrupted, as a deterrent, if there are no eggs or young in them.

But as the vultures, which are native to Kentucky, have multiplied in numbers nationally over the last two decades, they have become more of a problem for farmers. Each year, Kentucky farmers lose around $300,000 to $500,000 worth of livestock to these native vultures, according to Joe Cain, commodity division director for the Kentucky Farm Bureau.

It’s not just farm animals. Small pets may be at risk too.

The birds can be valuable contributors to the ecosystem, disposing cleanly of animal carcasses. But their increased numbers have made them more desperate for food in other forms — even alive.

JWR’s Comment: This sorta reminds me of the 1970s posters and silkscreened T-shitrs showing two roosting vultures, with one saying to the other:  “Patience my a**. I’m gonna kill something.”

    We’ve been talking about this over Matt Bracken’s blog on Gab for several weeks now. If Trump does not take meaningful action, any action, starting tomorrow at the conference at the White House, we will be in big trouble.

    Texas may have been flipped from red to blue, or it could be by the election and, the Dem could have Texas, the one state that will give them the election. Alt-media got Trump elected, and now it his to lose, and looe he can, and will loose with out the Alt-media restored to Big Tech platforms.

    There is too much going on, and none of it good, except for the arrest of Bastien. Trump has yet to take serious, or any action on the Big Tech censorship, and border issues. If there is a ‘will’ there is a way. If there is no ‘will’ then there is no way. And there are masses of illegals sponsored by globalist headed our way. Trump is not in full control, some ignore him, block him, but the stakes could not be higher, and Trump may not get how late it is in the game. He must find the ‘will’ and make a way. We need to put the pressure on, and show him, and the good guys that they have the political support to go for it. Otherwise they take the easy PC way out, and act with too little, too late.

        Trump is only good for revitalizing nationalism, and buying us the time to get ready. Trump in actually is a ‘speed bump’ for the NWO. Even if Trump was wildly successful, and actually was able to Make America Great Again, there will be a nasty reset of the global financial system regardless. After much schooling with the best minds available on the topic over the last decade, I have more reason than ever to believe that the Austrian School of Economics, will be proven correct. The Derivatives Timebomb will have a disastrous effect at some point. What has delayed this Time bomb is what I call MAFD, Mutual Assured Financial Destruction, a situation in which no participant is willing to pull the trigger that sets it off. In fact they are hostages, and willing participates in the con-game, the confidence game that keeps the music playing.

        It was by providence that after becoming very ill and incapacitated, that within 30 minutes of turning on the computer, after years of absence, that I found this article that immediately woke me up and set me in motion: It is yet valid, and worth the read today.   2. Regarding viable Eastern Retreats, West Virginia has DARK areas, and certain counties where the Interstate does NOT go, only very winding roads. Small towns, hard core old timers, hunting culture, many who KNOW the “old ways”, Christian folks, homeschoolers, welcoming folks who accept those from out of state who are NOT snobs. Steep terrain, and tough to walk over “hill and dale” to get from populated (city) areas. Plus, most men AND WOMEN and children have firearms and can shoot. Most will be friendly, but their ancestors were the tough Scot/Irish that left the old country, ended up in Virginia in the early 1800’s, and continued into the mountains, as they were not “welcomed” by the lowland Virginians. WV is coming back from the last administration that eviscerated the Coal Industry, and they have natural gas which is being developed. Looking at the more rural counties, I see newer homes have been built. Unemployment is falling, and property taxes are LOW, and zoning which can be a pain in the you know what, is often ABSENT. When I sold my renovated 10 room house and 32 HILLY acres in Wirt County, the property taxes were $450 a YEAR. You cannot beat it! Article this week stated that the lowest cost of STARTER HOME in the 50 states was WV at $43K. They do have an opiod problem, but VIOLENT crime is relatively low and “folks” usually look out for each other. So, check out the more Eastern Counties, stay away from both Panhandles, and the major cities. Lots of data on the internet. http://www.landandfarm.com has properties in all the states, and check out WV. Just remember one thing, that tiny creek may become a raging river because of the water running down all the hills! House/barns/animals should be at least 30 ft. above it up on what is called a “bench”, otherwise you risk flooding. However, the 4 seasons are moderate, and few hurricanes/tornadoes, and it does not seem to be flooded with illegals, and has become a “Red” state. They have LONG memories (think the feud Hatfield and McCoys), and they are still ticked off against the last Administration that killed the Coal Industry!

  3. I live in south Alabama, we have lost calves and other livestock to black headed vultures al my life an I have been in agriculture fo 65 years. New born calves and pigs are particularly vulnerable to these predators. We have lost many more animals to vultures than all other predators combined. This is not a new phenomenon. The concept of federal protection of these birds has never made sense here, but then what government action does

  4. The Axis Of Evil includes Microsoft, as they are essentially a monopoly with a majority of computer end-users actively using their products. At this point, I believe Microsoft has become the #1 enemy in the computer age. I have not watched the linked YouTube video because I will no longer use a service that has trampled on my personal principles.

    I would like to caution others about Microsoft. Last week, I received an email notification of ‘updates’ to their terms of service. The link provided is for the Microsoft Services Agreement, posted July 1, 2019. In this Agreement, Microsoft lists a number of issues set forth under their Code of Conduct. Of concern is this specific expectation of any and all users:

    Code of Conduct:
    vii. Don’t engage in activity that is harmful to you, the Services or others (e.g., transmitting viruses, stalking, posting terrorist or violent extremist content, communicating hate speech, or advocating violence against others).

    ‘Communicating hate speech’ can be construed as nothing more than being an avid supporter of President Trump, or being a Conservative who is not a supporter of LGBTabc ‘rights’, or a Christian who does not believe in secular Progressive ideology.

    No one will pay attention to this new Microsoft list of codified expectations, yet the verbiage in this Agreement sets the stage for Microsoft to now control the end-users ability to enjoy and use his/her First Amendment rights. Along with the most basic operating services provided by their personal computer device that uses the Windows operating system, Microsoft is saying that they can control (and prevent) a user’s ability to send/receive email, publish content, etc.

    Microsoft even lists the potential actions of enforcement:

    b. Enforcement. If you violate these Terms, we may stop providing Services to you or we may close your Microsoft account. We may also block delivery of a communication (like email, file sharing or instant message) to or from the Services in an effort to enforce these Terms or we may remove or refuse to publish Your Content for any reason.

    It is clear: There is an organized, concerted effort to control all aspects of the computer world now. It would be wise that we prepare to remove as much of these Evildoers services as soon as we can by changing out our operating systems, eliminating ALL use of social media venues, and by not using Paypal, Google, or Youtube again. I have thus far eliminated all but the Microsoft’s operating system. Clearly, Microsoft has just forced my hand now.

    1. In this world, the invasion and occupy rights you’re referencing are purchased by cash. Trillions of dollars of it over the past 20 years.

      I worked first hand with the US Army members , and saw the three letter agency guys,who personally delivered suitcases of money ($1,000,000 per satchel) to Karzai in AFGN, and my unit members personally delivered it to others in Iraq.

      My personal belief is we need to keep an anti-terrorism force in AFGN. The exorbitant cost is a separate, very troubling issue IMO.

            These are fundamental questions. In the last 18 years alone the US government has sent over 6,980 Americans to their deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan.

          The government of the fUSA (former USA) gave themselves the right to do as they please both here and around the world and they did it with the approval of the American people.

          They figure that since they are the government, all they have to do is pass some resolutions, statutes, laws, policies, or whatever else they can think of to salve their conscience and make it all legal-like and presto!!!

          Every election that comes and goes, the American people give the government the mandate to continue their criminal activities. That train will continue down the track until the people put an end to it.

            President Trump spoke about ‘Why we should fight the war in Afghanistan. He, and the elected members of Congress should be the object of your ire. Many Americans consider the war in Afghanistan a gigantic waste of human life, resources and time.

            1. The USA fights wars through a Just War theory, that is a Creator(God) idea for the ‘right’ to fight a just war.
            2. President Trump has explained why the USA continues to fight in Afghanistan.
            3. The USA is still a democracy. The politicians are the ones to be irked at. [Or, maybe God and the voters in the USA.]

      Now, whatever conclusions you reach about out army’s right to occupy another country, I have a different concern. To wit, the little drone could easily be used to snoop on me…or you. That was the first thing that popped into my mind as I read the article. What if the Afghan battlefield is a testing ground in preparation for use here?

        Your instincts are right on target (no pun intended). You know darn well that the US military will be testing swarms of these drones especially for use in mountainous areas. It won’t be in Montana. Yet…

        Liberty Movement analyst/tactician Brandon Smith (whose articles have been featured here) is a rare critical thinker with an outstanding track record of predictions. Smith predicts that ‘swarming drones’ working in tandem will be a major tool of surveillance. We should be working on methods to counter them NOW.

        Caveat: some folks have been quick to dismiss this threat. Disinformation? I don’t know. My point: take their advice at your own risk.

          1. ThoDan, you are right. We didn’t have to wait to long to be proven correct. Yesterday (Sept 15, 2019) a coordinated drone attack took out Saudi oil facilities and crippled production of oil in the evil Kingdom.

            As for who was responsible, I would not believe one word spewed out of Washington.

    3. Thanks for that. You have confirmed my suspicions about Microsoft. They must be a part of the NWO collusion. Seeing a pattern, several years ago I dumped all Microsoft operating systems for Linux. It is more difficult to use for things other than browsing. Browsing and communicating on the net is as easy as Microsoft, in fact I’m using a Firefox browser. Linux is used on servers and has proven to me to be much more stable. I use have all kinds of nasty viruses on Windows operation systems. I have had none using Linux based systems, from Ubuntu, Mint, Skywave Linux. Old and slow machines can be put back on the Internet with light versions of Linux. It is a free download. I will however continue to use YouTube as that is where some the action is, but increasingly I am using alternatives.

      For those who are heavy into radio, Skywave Linux has most of the popular software for radio such as Fldigi, Psk 31/65, CW, Mmtty,Chirp, various software for USB dongles etc.

Of course, this would require a national moral imperative of self defense against another nation. You don’t need little black drones if you are advancing on the enemy and taking ground.     This incorrect statement is faulty and is why traditional Americans always lose and will continue to lose to the communists. The author, as almost everybody else on the ‘right’ does, ascribes his own moral and intellectual sense to the motives of these evil mass murderers. They are sociopaths, evil is real, they are evil, and they are mass murderers. They do it ON PURPOSE. It’s not a ‘bad idea’ by their estimation, they are not stubborn, they don’t fail to see reality…THEY WANT YOU BULLDOZED INTO A TRENCH. And the commies on the left and right in America are exactly the same and want the exact same things. That’s reality.
