  1. Interesting note regarding the end of the siege of Vienna is that it was a result of an assault of Polish forces under the King Jan III Sobieski. He was coming with the army to Vienna’s rescue and meant to reinforce the defenders but when approaching the city and seeing that it’s nearly falling to the Ottoman forces the army went from march directly to assault on the Ottoman forces – something that was not heard of in those days as Army’s had to regroup and form up for a fight.

    1. That had to have been epic……
The scenes in Lord Of The Rings come to mind- where at just the right moment the Rohirrim army arrives led by Gandalf & charges down the hill, crushing the orcs and saving Helms Deep. Epic.

      1. Thank you for the mental flashback. Love that trilogy. Watched them many times with my boys. Oh, could they do the quotes!
“What about them legs? He don’t need them” lol

        1. Omgosh! I’d forgotten that one! We watch the Lord of the rings on Black Friday while making huge batches of Christmas cookies. So much more fun than shopping, in my opinion.

    2. Not this siege, the other in 1683.

Sobieski was Commander in Chief of the army of the alliance, but the imperial – habsburg army under Charles of Lorraine ´d stood much longer near the turks until Sobieski arrived and the united alliance army attacked and broke the siege.
It was IIRC the first battle of Eugen of Savoy

In this siege the austrians and the Imperial Army hold vienna until Suleyman and his army were forced to retreat because the Ottoman army couldn´t hold out any longer

      In this siege

  2. europe was truly saved by SE europe from being overrun by muslims…too bad the current powers in europe have erased all the victories we had with the current muslim invasion….

  3. In a war with weapons and armies, the combatants are easily discernable. … In the USA drug war today, the political cronies of the illegal drug peddlers, will tell lies to the American people.

    (About the drug war)
“Illicit drugs, and the transnational and domestic criminal organizations that traffic them, continue to represent significant threats to public health, law enforcement, and national security in the United States.
…The opioid threat (controlled prescription drugs, synthetic opioids, and heroin)
continues at ever-increasing epidemic levels, affecting large portions of the United States.
… Meanwhile, the stimulant threat (methamphetamine and cocaine) is worsening and becoming more widespread as traffickers continue to sell increasing amounts outside of each drugs’ traditional markets.
New psychoactive substances (NPS) remain challenging and the domestic marijuana situation is evolving as state-level medical and recreational legalization continues. …

… Drug poisoning deaths are the ~~>leading cause of injury death in the United States. In 2017, drug poisoning deaths reached their highest recorded level and, every year since 2011, have ~>outnumbered deaths by firearms, motor
vehicle crashes, suicide, and homicide. In 2017, approximately 192 people died every day from drug poisoning.
[From DEA(dot)gov. the 2019 drug assessment]

One person representing one particular political party is trying to stop the importation of illegal drugs into the United States. [and protect our 2nd Amendment rights]

The other political party wants to take away our guns, and destroy our 2nd Amendment Rights.
This same political party also tells us: = ‘The biggest threat to Americans are the laws that ~prevent a grown man from dressing like a woman, and then using public restrooms designed for the use ~solely of women and girls.’

    1. Late-2020, the siege threat to north America cities is the synthetic opioid ‘fentanyl’.
The major source for the fentanyl siege are laboratories operated by chinese fascists.
(TheMexicanCartels run a disorganized very distant second in their siege of America cities.)

Fentanyl used with alcoholic beverages causes respiratory collapse… the well-known ‘George “I can’t breathe” Floyd syndrome’.

After kamala harris becomes LeaderOfTheFreeWorld, will she reduce the chinese fascists MostFavoredNation status promoted by SeniorStatesman Richard Milhous Nixon? [fingers crossed]

      1. Hi LargeMarge,

What do you mean by this statement? Can you explain it more fully? What are you alluding to? I don’t understand. I am confused.

“After kamala harris becomes LeaderOfTheFreeWorld, will she reduce the chinese fascists MostFavoredNation status promoted by SeniorStatesman Richard Milhous Nixon? [fingers crossed]”

What nation is most favored? The US, or China? Fingers crossed? Are you favoring Kamala? Are you being sarcastic? Jim is running errands, I usually would ask him what you are alluding to.

        1. In my opinion Kamala is a wicked evil comunist NWO shill and is on par with China. She would continue to bring down our nation and sell us out to China. That is her job and would further the Depopulation Agenda of our country.

She won’t go to war with China…

But, then, again, she hates what true Americans stand for… So, she wants our country destroyed…

      2. Large Marge, mentioning Richard Nixon in your comment could be understood as a Red Herring distraction.

        According to Wikipedia:

“The U.S.–China Relations Act of ~>2000 is an Act of the United States Congress that granted China permanent normal trade relations (NTR) status (previously called most favoured nation (MFN)) when China becomes a full member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), ending annual review and approval of NTR. It was signed into law on October 10, 2000 by United States President ~~>Bill Clinton.”

        Also in Wikipedia”

“U.S. President Richard Nixon’s 1972 visit to the People’s Republic of China was an important strategic and diplomatic overture that marked the culmination of the Nixon administration’s resumption of harmonious relations between the United States and mainland China after years of diplomatic isolation.[1]
……… The seven-day official visit to three Chinese cities was the first time a U.S. president had visited the PRC; Nixon’s arrival in Beijing ended 25 years of no communication or diplomatic ties between the two countries and was the key step in normalizing relations between the U.S. and China. Nixon visited China to gain more leverage over relations with the Soviet Union. The normalization of ties culminated in 1979, when the U.S. established full diplomatic relations with the PRC.”
        ********

Richard Milhouse Nixon died April 22, 1994. … +On August 9, 1974, Richard Nixon resigned.

        ********

The decision to send American jobs and manufacturing to Communist China was NOT made by Richard Nixon.

[And, yes Wikipedia does have a libtard bias in many of its articles. These two article excepts seem to be truthful.]
