A reader who is a scale psoriasis sufferer wrote to recommend the new Gold Bold Extreme Healing Skin Therapy lotion formula. It doesn’t cure psoriasis, but it does stop the itching, which in turn mean far less habitual scratching and skin damage.

  1. I had psoriasis for 15 years. I started taking 1000 units of vitamin D3 and have been spot free for almost 3 years. I had taken vitamin-minerals much of my life before this.

  2. RE: Full30, I wish they would add a Close Caption option to their video content, some of us old guys who have worked in the trades don’t have the best hearing. Add in the audio quality of some videos background noise like wind, etc, and an otherwise great message message is lost.

    1. Amen brother, on working in the trades and bad hearing. The tinnitus from the work is a b***h. Retired 2 years now, it’s better but will never be right.

  3. I have a senior care client that had terrible psoriasis when I started working with him. I did some research and found menthol and camphor irritate the issue. I checked his bath products and found Irish Spring bar soap and camphor in his shampoo. I switched him to a moisturizing shampoo and no bar soap, his symptoms have subsided, and his skin is cleared quite a bit. I will get him some lotion to try as winter is coming on.
