The Editors’ Quote of the Day:

“Observe your cat. It is difficult to surprise him. Why? Naturally, his superior hearing is part of the answer, but not all of it. He moves well, using his senses fully. He is not preoccupied with irrelevancies. He’s not thinking about his job or his image or his income tax. He is putting first things first, principally his physical security. Do likewise.” – Col. Jeff Cooper

One of my personal goals in life is to scare every cat I can and I have scared many. Unfortunately the cat I now have doesn’t scare at all, so laughs that way.

Good words to live by. Surprising cats is difficult at best, b ut can be done, usually when they are secure in their safety, which should become one of the watchwords to survive in our present day commie takeover.
I’m thinking one of the best ways to survive the coming edicts coming out of cartoonistan is to pretty much go about your daily lives as best you can and live your lives, ignoring all the talking heads and so called “fact checkers” reporting only facts that support their commie agenda.
I’m thinking that a good mantra to get us through this is one I’ve said before:

Do not obey, do not co-operate, do not comply with any fraudulent gov or any of its agencies. When the governed become ungovernable – Let Them Herd Cats…….

Go ahead, feel free to use is, live by it, pass it around.

An observation on the superior hearing of cats: once one of my cats was rolling around in the driveway, seemingly oblivious to everything. Suddenly she stopped, got up and ran into the nearby field, and came right back with a mouse. It’s like she had radar and could pinpoint the mouse’s location exactly.
