The Editors’ Quote of the Day:

“Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear.” – President Harry S. Truman [1]

An excellent quote of the day!

It’s especially timely given current events including the outrageous “standard” that allows the Left to issue menacing threats, and prevents select Republicans and Conservatives from saying anything at all.

Matt Gaetz brings makes the point!

I watched the Project Veritas clip he was referring to. Holy [BLEEP].

… I have now seen the error of my ways. Since I do not live in D.C. I am horrifically stupid; I am uneducated and do not know stuff. And since I live in a red state I will probably die of covid because I left my house to vote, and that will be good for the country. Then my children can go to re-education camps with Sesame Street characters and watch PBS all day (which shows REAL news) and then they will not grow up to be horrible people.

Since it’s a school/therapy night for the kiddos, I’m not getting to the range tonight, so I’m going to go take out my frustrations on a big ol’ chunk of bread dough. Still playing with the ratios of whole wheat flour to high-gluten flour to oats, to boost the protein content and make the texture even better. I kicked my boots off earlier so now I will be barefoot AND in the kitchen (not currently pregnant though) so I guess I am confirming the ‘stupid’ stereotype.

Animal Farm should be required reading for every American.

I get it, all these covid masks are just to get everyone used to the idea that the government will shut our mouths, bind and gag us, and make us more fearful to speak up than we are of covid.

Saw two articles today about liberals calling for reeducation/deprogramming conservatives. Another article about liberals in Congress talking about a “media literacy” bill, the being to make it illegal to publish news that is “dis or mis” information, meaning anything conservative.

In response to the Recommendations this week, How to make a ghillie suit:

Does anyone have any ideas of how to easily make a zombie mask or something similar, for the purpose of SHOWING the public where this is all headed, and scare them into protecting freedom? I mean, since fear is what sells these days….

My elderly father laments the state of our country every time we talk. He often says, “You young people ought to find another country to move to. I don’t know where.”

It’s a bit of a fantastical question, but does anyone have suggestions?

T of A … how much evidence does one need if there is no entity that desires to examine it… just my 2 cents

You ask a very good question, and one for which I have no easy answer. I suppose we can only continue to pile the evidence mountain high until some whose eyes can be opened will see the light.

There is a ray of hope in this news out of Michigan…

We cannot save President Trump’s second term (which he won fairly and earned with tremendously hard work on behalf of the American people), but we must persevere in the pursuit of the truth.

What exactly do we fear? The outcome remains the same; everybody gotta die sometime. If you gonna fear sumthin’, fear eternity. Everything that has a beginning, has an end. The more things change, the more they stay the same. I could go on all day folks. Don’t worry, be happy….

Here is another quote.

“When you tear out a man’s tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you’re only telling the world that you fear what he might say.”

I find this quote quite funny considering… Harry Truman is the creator of the original Deep State and the surveillance state. Thanks Harry, for all the harm you have done.
