Preparedness Notes for Wednesday — April 8, 2020

April 8th is the birthday of the late Ian Smith [1], Prime Minister of Rhodesia. (Born, 1919, died November 20, 2007.)

April 8th is also the anniversary of the death of English experimental gunsmith and author Phillip Luty, [2] in 2011. He was hounded by British authorities for many years. He died of cancer before a scheduled criminal trial. [3]

With all the coronavirus madness, differences of opinion, and contention among us, perhaps a little coronavirus humor we can all agree on is in order. 🙂

NOW would probably be a really good time to pave the roads.

COVID -19 has grocery shelves looking like Cincinnati Bengals trophy cases.

I just read that tonight’s Powerball is up to 275 rolls of Angel Soft toilet paper.

Many parents are about to discover the teacher was not the problem!

3 hours into homeschooling and 1 is suspended for skipping class and the other one has already been expelled.

Homeschool day 1: wondering how I can get this kid transferred out of my class.

Don’t know why my fishing buddy is worried about the coronavirus, he never catches anything.

This is the day dogs have been waiting for. They realize their owners can’t leave the house and they get them 24/7. Dogs are rejoicing everywhere. Cats are contemplating suicide.

The truth is, it’s not so boring at home. But it’s interesting that one bag of rice has 7,456 grains and another has 7,489.

We are about 3 weeks away from knowing everyone’s true hair color.

I wonder if God got so mad about all of our fighting down here that He sent us to our rooms.

The only thing I have to say is I saw a burglar throw a brick thru his own window.
He was working from home.

I had a little bird

And its name was Enza

I opened the window

And in-flu-enza.”

Carry on in grace

To the new homeschool students:
Your new teacher cusses, drinks alcohol and sleeps with the principal. Get over it!

Homeschooling, Day 8:
One of my students called in a bomb threat!

Allergy season is about to turn into the Salem Witch Trials!

On a brighter note, Antifa is at home with their parents.

Before you start to gripe about stay-at-home orders, remember… someone is stuck at home with your ex.

Remember…No matter how bad things get, at least you’re not quarantined with Hillary. (Accompanied with a photo of Bill Clinton crying)

GEN John Allen: Prepare National Guard to Back Fill U.S. Law Enforcement

Not surprised to see something like that from Allen. Bear in mind, however, that he’s stating his opinion, not making policy, as he’s retired. Using Guard forces would avoid PCA restrictions, as long as they were in a State Active Duty (State funded, State controlled) or Title 32 (Federally funded, State controlled) status, as they are not then considered “Federal troops”. However, using Guard or Reserve forces must be weighed, not only for “optical” considerations, but practical ones as well. If those Guardsmen are LEOs, Firefighters, EMTs, etc., mobilizing them pulls them out of that part of the fight. One of the reasons the 1918 pandemic was so deadly was that the military had conscripted or commissioned thousands of providers for WW I, taking them out of their communities where they could have been better employed.

Check this out. If true it proves this whole thing is a hoax.

HUGE! Official IHME Model for Coronavirus Used by CDC Just Cut Their Numbers by Half!… They’re Making It Up As they Go Along!

Don’t be silly. It obviously isn’t a hoax. 100% of predictions are made up and most predictions fail simply because we humans change our actions in the face of facts. The predictions were wrong because we took strong actions to lower the curve. This is a reason to celebrate not to be cynical. With any luck our leaders will continue to flatten the curve and if that makes predictions wrong I say good!

More on the fake news of the coronavirus. The test is meaningless. It tests for nothing and everything. It’s being used for propaganda purposes only.

To IdahoBob…
lol……Well, I know one thing that hasn’t changed. It’s peoples blind faith in the government. As long as that continues we will see even more of our freedoms disappear. Are you celebrating that also?

#16 Comment By IdahoBob On April 9, 2020 @ 10:19 pm

Not blind. In fact I think Trump is doing an outstanding job and thankful to have him. Not looking forward to Biden getting in.

I simply cannot agree that this is a hoax. I think it is a mistake to even say that. In a couple of months the death toll will be staggering and your hoax comment will not age well.

#17 Comment By Avalanche Lily On April 10, 2020 @ 12:02 am

Biden will only be a place holder for someone else. The PTB will never let him rule. At least I don’t think so???

SPECULATION: Biden will only be a place holder to give his power and authority to a New World/One World Order President…????

#18 Comment By CuzMike On April 10, 2020 @ 5:23 am

Hmmm… You know Bob, in a few months one of us will be proven wrong. I hope it is me. If it is me I would be willing to give you public credit. In the mean time I choose to listen to those that I have utmost respect for.
Have a wondeful Easter.

End the Shutdown; It’s Time for Resurrection!

The latest death count:

234,177 abortions so far this year as of April 8.

And we worry about this CoVid-19 fake news propaganda campaign.
