I was in basic training during the Yom Kippur War. I also served a UN tour in the Golan Heights and toured the Golan battlefield. The Isreali’s are a tough nut to crack. I toured a maintenance facility where the Merkava 11 tanks were being serviced. They are a good tank. Even better than the Centurion and although they are a WW2 design, they were extremely upgradable. TTFN
