Wyoming (Grizzly Bears)

Grizzly bear tracks found east of Cody in Wyoming. [16] JWR’s Comment:  It is high time that grizzly bears get de-listed as an endangered species.  Their range in CONUS has been steadily widening. In particular, the Wyoming grizzly population is gaining rapidly [17].

Interesting method to block off a road..apples or potatoes spilled. If times were tough, there would be a crowd picking them up, so obviously, times aren’t hard yet. But other stuff could be used. Logs, for example. Or hay bales. Or old cars.

With regards to the St. John’s hospital paying to move the sequoia tree: Boise is very fortunate to have a hospital in their community that can see beyond their daily profits. Unless anyone wants to see the other side of that equation readers should fight against the Lifepoint corporation taking over any facility in their area.

Re: grizzlies
They were de-listed in June of last year by Ryan Zinke, Dept. of the Interior.
All we need to do now is get our State officials and Game and Fish to establish a season for hunting them.
