Ingredients:
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. small cauliflower florets
- 1/4 c. diced red or green onions
- 1 c. coarsely chopped cashews
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. favorite ranch dressing
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve cold.
