Recipe of the Week: Crunchy Pea Salad, by L.H.


  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. small cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 c. diced red or green onions
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped cashews
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. favorite ranch dressing


Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve cold.
